The My Home Kadugodi project: what we know and what we are waiting for

In short. My Home Group is planning a forest-themed township on Whitefield–Hoskote Road, near Kadugodi, in East Bengaluru. The land is about 52 acres. The project is at the expression-of-interest stage, which means nothing about price, plans or dates has been released.

One project, three names

Searches for this project use three names:

• My Home Bangalore, the name used on the main project website
• My Home Kadugodi, the name buyers use because of the nearby metro station
• Codename Anandam, a codename that also appears in searches and listings

They all describe the same upcoming township. If you see one of them quoted with very different numbers, treat those numbers carefully and ask who produced them.

What the developer has confirmed

What has not been released

Price. Payment plan. Floor plans. Master plan. Brochure. Specifications. Possession date. The project's RERA registration number, which is awaited.

We do not estimate any of these. If someone quotes you one before the developer has published it, ask for it in writing.

The idea behind the township

A township is planned to hold most of daily life inside one boundary: homes, open space, and a mix of other uses. Here the developer's theme is a forest, with landscaped gardens and water features shown in its artist's impressions, among them an infinity pool, a clubhouse and garden walkways. The impressions show intent. The list of amenities that are actually built will come from the developer's final plan.

How registering interest works at this stage

1. You share your name and number.
2. Our team calls you back and tells you what the developer has confirmed so far.
3. As each detail is released, we send it to everyone on the list.

An expression of interest is not a booking. Whether any amount is involved is the developer's decision, so ask for the terms in writing and read them before you pay.

Questions worth asking before you register

• Which tower and floor options will be open at this stage?
• Is any payment involved, and what happens to it if you step back?
• When is the project RERA number expected?
• Are the sizes quoted carpet area or super built-up area?
