What we do
We answer buyers' questions about the upcoming My Home Bangalore township, record expressions of interest, and pass on what the developer confirms. We also explain the neighbourhood, because the right home depends on the place.
What we do not do
- We do not set prices or issue offers. Only the developer does.
- We do not promise returns, appreciation or rental income.
- We do not publish a detail until the developer or a public agency has confirmed it.
Our registration
Our RERA agent registration is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/AG/260704/007472, valid from 4 July 2026 to 4 July 2031. It identifies us as an agent. It is not the project's registration, which is awaited.
