Where exactly is My Home Kadugodi?
On Whitefield–Hoskote Road (SH-35), near Kadugodi, in East Bengaluru. We share the exact address with people who register.
Why is it called "Kadugodi" if it is on Whitefield–Hoskote Road?
Kadugodi is the nearest established neighbourhood, with the Purple Line terminus. Buyers search under that name, so we use it. The road is the more precise description.
Who is building it?
My Home Group, which began in Hyderabad. Besides property it works in cement, power, logistics, education and media. The group describes itself as having more than four decades of experience.
How large is the township?
About 52 acres. The first phase has eight towers of 38 to 44 storeys, holding around 1,840 homes.
Which home sizes are planned?
2, 3 and 4 BHK, between 1,255 and 2,610 sq ft. The size of each type has not been released.
What is the forest theme?
It is the developer's concept for a township with substantial landscaping and open space. The detailed plan has not been released, so we cannot say how much area is green.
Will there be a clubhouse and swimming pool?
The developer's artist's impressions show both, with water features and gardens. The final amenity list will come from the developer.
Stage and paperwork
What stage is the project at?
Expression of interest. It has not formally launched.
Is the project registered under RERA?
Registration is awaited. We will publish the project's number the day the developer issues it.
What is our own RERA registration?
It is our registration as an agent, shown on the About page. It is separate from the project's.
When will possession be?
No date has been confirmed, and we will not guess one.
Has a price been announced?
No. Numbers you see elsewhere are estimates from third parties.
Location and daily life
Is the Purple Line the closest metro?
It is the metro line that runs today. The Whitefield (Kadugodi) station is its eastern terminus, roughly 15 minutes by road from the project area.
Will a metro line be built to Hoskote?
Public information calls it a proposal. No line to Hoskote has been sanctioned.
How far is the airport?
About an hour by road, through Old Madras Road and Budigere, depending on traffic.
What about schools for young children?
Several schools operate in Kadugodi, Whitefield and towards Hoskote. Our schools page lists them with ways to compare.
Can I visit the site?
Ask our team about visits. We will tell you what is possible at this stage.
