What is My Home Kadugodi?
Three names point to one project: My Home Bangalore, My Home Kadugodi and Codename Anandam. The developer, My Home Group, is planning a township with a forest theme and a mix of uses. The first phase is eight towers holding around 1,840 homes: 2, 3 and 4 BHK, 1,255 to 2,610 sq ft. The towers are 38 to 44 storeys tall.
That is the extent of what has been announced. We will add each detail to this site only after the developer confirms it.

Where is it, and why do people say Kadugodi?
The project is planned on Whitefield–Hoskote Road (SH-35), the road that joins the Whitefield employment belt to Hoskote. Kadugodi is the nearest established neighbourhood: it has a working metro station and rail halt, and schools, a mall and hospitals within a short drive. That is why buyers search for the project under that name. The exact site address is shared by our team on request.
- A metro that already runs. The Purple Line has carried passengers to Whitefield (Kadugodi) since March 2023. Today it is the eastern end of the line, and the station is roughly a 15 minute drive from the project area.
- A railway halt in the same catchment. Kadugodi and Whitefield railway stations are both part of the existing network.
- Daily errands close by. Uptown Mall is in Kadugodi. Chaitanya Techno School and Sri Sri Academy are also listed in Kadugodi itself.
How would a working week look from here?
Three routes serve the area.
- By metro. Drive to the Purple Line terminus and travel west along one line. This suits anyone whose office is on the line, and anyone who wants to skip the Outer Ring Road.
- By Whitefield–Hoskote Road (SH-35). The project is on this road, which runs from the Whitefield employment belt to Hoskote's industrial area.
- By Old Madras Road (NH-75). The arterial towards KR Puram, the city, and the outer highway network.

How these numbers were made: they are the developer's own estimates for typical road conditions, not times we measured. Traffic changes them a great deal, so test the route at your own commute hour before you decide.
Schools, hospitals and shopping within reach

- Schools: Vydehi School of Excellence, VIBGYOR High, Greenwood High International, Chaitanya Techno School and Sri Sri Academy. Further out, towards Hoskote, are New Baldwin International and Geetanjali International.
- Hospitals: Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences, Manipal Hospital, Sakra World Hospital, Cloudnine, Motherhood and Columbia Asia.
- Shopping and leisure: Uptown Mall in Kadugodi, Nexus Shantiniketan, Forum Value Mall, and Phoenix Marketcity with VR Bengaluru in Mahadevapura.
Where do people work?
The Whitefield technology belt, with ITPL and the EPIP zone, is the main draw. Closer by are Bearys Global Research Triangle and the KIADB industrial belt around Hoskote. A data-centre park near Hoskote has been proposed by the state, but it is a plan, not a facility.
What is still being built around Kadugodi?
Some of the roads you will hear about are under construction, not open: the Satellite Town Ring Road and the Bengaluru–Chennai Expressway, which has its Bengaluru gateway at Hoskote. People talk about metro reaching Hoskote, but no such line is sanctioned. The only extension with a tender is a 482.8 metre stretch past Whitefield station. Plan your decision around what is open today.

Questions people ask about Kadugodi
Is Kadugodi part of Whitefield?
Kadugodi is in the Whitefield area on Bengaluru's east side. The Purple Line's eastern terminus is called Whitefield (Kadugodi), which reflects that link.
Is the Purple Line metro running to Kadugodi?
Yes. Passenger services to the Whitefield (Kadugodi) terminus began in March 2023.
Is My Home Kadugodi the same as My Home Bangalore?
Yes. Both names, and Codename Anandam, refer to the same upcoming township.
Can I see prices or floor plans?
Not yet. The developer has released neither. We do not quote figures that have not been confirmed.
What does expression of interest mean?
It is an early registration before a formal launch. The developer sets the terms, so ask for them in writing before you pay anything.
Why do other websites show different numbers for this project?
Listing portals often mix planning figures, estimates and older project names, and they do not agree with each other. Rely on what the developer has confirmed. This site marks anything unconfirmed as not yet released and updates it as the developer releases each detail.
Is this the official My Home Group website?
No. It is run by a Bangalore channel partner, a separate business from the developer, that takes enquiries on its behalf.
